Please Fix!!!

The app constantly brings up this white window, and there wont be an x to get out of it. I have tried closing and reopening and redo loading the app, but it still pops up. His does the same thing on Clue Bingo and Monopoly Bingo. I love all three games, this one being my favorite, but please fix this window. Also, sometimes my collectibles I earn wont come up and I wish there was more bingos per game. I used to play this game everyday, but recently got my new phone and decided to download it again. I am disappointed that my favorite game is acting like this and I am bored now. Please fix!!!
