Bug with Internet connection

So I cant get this game to run because it keeps saying Im not connected to the Internet, and I am connected, all the other online apps work fine just not this one. Also I tried to contact support but they need a ID number in order to send them a message, you just go into the game and into settings.... Oh wait it cant connect to Internet.
